All products in our store are covered by a guarantee confirming the absence of defects in materials, as well as factory defects.
The warranty is provided for a period of up to 12 months. The warranty period is indicated in the description of each product on our website. The manufacturer's warranty card serves as proof of warranty obligations.
Please check the package and the absence of defects when purchasing it.

Exchange / return of goods

You can return or exchange the product within 14 days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights". For this, please provide the following parameters:

  1. The product has not been used and has no signs of use: scratches, cracks, chips, abrasions, the design has not been modified, etc.;
  2. The product is fully assembled and the integrity of the packaging is not violated;
  3. All labels and factory markings are preserved.

If the product does not work, the exchange or return of the product is made only if there is a conclusion of the service center authorized by the manufacturer that the operating conditions are not violated.

Where and how can the product be exchanged/returned?

  • You can exchange or return the product by filling out the product return form for diagnostics.
  • After the form is processed, you can send the goods with the help of the "New Post" company. If the goods have their original appearance and packaging, we will exchange it for you or give you a refund.
  • Exchange and return of goods of proper quality is carried out at the expense of the buyer within 14 days from the day of sale, provided that the product type of the purchased package, packaging and the presence of documents confirming the fact of purchase (check, warranty card) are preserved.
  • "The service center cannot repair my product within the warranty period"
  • If during the warranty period the product you bought from us fails due to the manufacturer's fault and cannot be repaired at an authorized service center, we will exchange the product for a similar one.

For this, please provide us with the following:

  1. The product is fully assembled.
  2. Warranty card.
  3. A document confirming payment (commercial receipt).
  4. Output of the service center with a note that the product cannot be repaired.
  5. In what cases is the guarantee not provided?

By law, the warranty is void under the following conditions:

  • the integrity of the manufacturer's or seller's protective signs is damaged: stickers, stickers, holograms, seals, etc.;
  • there are mechanical or other damages caused by deliberate or careless actions of the buyer or third parties;
  • the rules of use described in the operating documents or the warranty card are violated;
  • unauthorized disclosure, repair or disruption of internal communications and components of the product, design or schematics of the product have been changed;
  • incorrectly filled out warranty card (serial numbers on the goods or their markings do not correspond to the information specified in the warranty card);
  • the serial number in the device's memory has been changed, erased or cannot be set.

Warranty obligations do not extend to the following defects:

  • natural wear or depletion of the product resource;
  • accidental damage caused by the client or damage resulting from careless handling or use (exposure to liquid, dust, falling into the body
  • foreign objects, etc.);
  • damage as a result of natural disasters (natural phenomena);
  • damages caused by an emergency increase or decrease in the power grid voltage or incorrect connection to the power grid;
  • damages caused by defects in the system in which this product was used, or caused by connecting and connecting the product to other devices;
  • damages caused by improper use of the product or violation of operating rules.
